Preparation

  • Take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator and allow it to soften at room temperature.
  • Transfer the softened cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat it with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the powdered sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix again until well combined.
  • Pour in the caramel dip and gently fold it into the mixture using a spatula.
  • Add the toffee bits and fold them in gently to distribute evenly.
  • Chop the peanuts and walnuts, then sprinkle them into the mixture and fold them in.

Serving

  • Transfer the dip into a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Serve with fresh apple slices for dipping.
  • Optionally, chill the dip in the refrigerator for a bit before serving.

Notes

Keep extra toffee bits handy for topping just before serving for additional crunch. Ensure cream cheese is softened for the best texture.
