  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Adds richness to the filling
  • 4 large flour tortillas Acts as the wrap structure
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions For added freshness

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  • Add the ranch seasoning mix and stir to evenly incorporate.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until mixed throughout.
  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon the mixture onto the center without overfilling.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, and place seam side down.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Wrap the pinwheels in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Slice each tortilla into pinwheels about one inch thick for presentation.

Notes

Chill pinwheels for cleaner cuts and use a sharp knife to prevent squishing. Garnish with extra green onions if desired. Can be made a day in advance.
