  • Plastic Wrap
  • Serrated Knife

Ingredients

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Stir until smooth.

  • Lay a tortilla flat and spread about ΒΌ cup of filling evenly to the edges.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly without squeezing out the filling.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and place the rolls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Trim the ends and slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp serrated knife.
  • Arrange on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

These pinwheels are perfect for prepping ahead of time. Chill them well for clean slicing, and experiment with add-ins like green onions or herbs for extra flair.
