Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese blended smooth
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce like Frank’s RedHot
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese or more if desired
  • Optional: ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Optional: 1 tbsp ranch seasoning or dressing

Instructions

  • Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • In a bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, yogurt (if using), and seasonings.
  • Stir in half of the shredded cheese.
  • Pour into an oven-safe dish, top with the remaining cheese, and bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes, or microwave on high for 3–5 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with veggie sticks, whole-grain crackers, or healthy chips.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut. Blend cottage cheese before mixing to avoid lumps and ensure a smooth dip.
