Ingredients

Caprese Skewers

  • 12 pieces Fresh mozzarella balls For skewers
  • 24 pieces Cherry tomatoes Halved for skewers
  • 12 leaves Fresh basil For skewers

Deviled Eggs

  • 12 pieces Eggs Hard boiled
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For filling
  • 1 tbsp Mustard For filling
  • to taste Paprika or chopped herbs For garnish

Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 12 pieces Medium-sized mushrooms For stuffing
  • 8 oz Cream cheese For filling
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for filling
  • to taste Herbs For flavor

Bruschetta

  • 4 medium Ripe tomatoes Diced for topping
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil Chopped, for mixing
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, for mixing
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil For mixing
  • 8 slices Baguette For toasting

Cheese and Charcuterie Board

  • 1 lb Assorted cheeses Variety for board
  • 1 lb Cured meats Variety for board
  • 1 cup Nuts For board
  • 1 cup Olives For board
  • 1 cup Dried fruits For board

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare the vegetable platter with a variety of fresh vegetables and a dip.
  • Assemble Caprese skewers with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
  • Hard boil the eggs, prepare the filling for the deviled eggs, and fill the egg whites.
  • Prepare stuffed mushrooms by cleaning, filling, and baking them.
  • Dice the tomatoes for bruschetta, mix with basil, garlic, olive oil, and prepare the bread.
  • Arrange a cheese and charcuterie board with various cheeses, meats, and accompaniments.

Notes

These appetizers can be prepared in advance and served chilled. Allow stuffed mushrooms to cool slightly before serving.
