Preparation

  • Prepare the All Purpose Chili Lime Chicken according to your trusted recipe until fully cooked and charred.
  • While the chicken is cooking, chop fresh pineapple into small chunks and grill until slightly caramelized.
  • Once the chicken is ready, allow it to rest briefly before slicing it into strips.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine avocado, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, cumin, and garlic powder for the avocado crema. Mash until creamy.
  • Warm the corn or flour tortillas on the grill until pliable.
