  • to taste Fresh vegetables lettuce, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, crispy and refreshing
  • optional Mozzarella cheese creamy and melty

  • Preheat your oven to the appropriate temperature for cooking the chicken.
  • Trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts and season lightly with salt and pepper.

  • Once cooked, let the chicken cool slightly before slicing it thinly.

Assembly

  • Spread a generous amount of pesto sauce on your chosen bread.
  • Layer sliced chicken on top of the pesto-covered bread.
  • Add fresh vegetables like lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and roasted red peppers.
  • Optionally, add sliced mozzarella cheese.
  • Close the sandwich with the other piece of bread and press down gently.
  • Enjoy cold or grill briefly on a pan for a crispy exterior.
