Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Begin by cutting the chicken breast into even-sized cubes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and mix until each piece is well coated. Allow it to rest for about 20–30 minutes.
  • Chop the red and yellow bell peppers and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking

  • Thread the marinated chicken and chopped vegetables onto skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
  • Grill the skewers over medium heat, turning occasionally until the chicken is golden and tender.
  • Serve the chicken kabobs warm alongside rice, salad, or flatbread, and optionally add lemon juice or parsley.

Notes

Marinate the chicken longer for deeper flavor, soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning, and use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is fully cooked.
