Preparation

  • Slice the red onion and both peppers into strips for consistent cooking.

Cooking

  • After about 5-7 minutes, add the sliced onion and peppers to the skillet and sauté until the vegetables soften and the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Prepare the rice if it’s not already done.
