Preparation

  • Start by preheating your oven.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornflakes, grated Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs and hot sauce.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the cornflake mixture and stir gently until just combined.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Prepare your chicken breast tenderloins by placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  • Drizzle a bit of extra virgin olive oil over the chicken.
  • Drizzle honey over the chicken, followed by adding hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt.
  • Place the chicken in the preheated oven and cook until golden brown and no longer pink in the center.
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest.

Cooking the Dumplings

  • While the chicken rests, scoop small amounts of the dumpling mixture and form them into small balls.
  • Cook the dumplings in a pot of boiling water or broth until they float.
  • Remove them from the pot and drain gently.

Serving
