Ingredients
  

  • 1 12.5-ounce can of chicken, drained and dried (or 1½ cups cooked, finely chopped chicken)
  • 1 large egg
  • cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup reduced-sugar pizza sauce
  • cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Dry chicken thoroughly using paper towels.
  • In a bowl, combine chicken, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until sticky and uniform.
  • Spread mixture into a ¼-inch thick crust shape on the lined sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Add sauce, mozzarella, and toppings as desired.
  • Return to oven for 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbling and browned.
  • Cool 3–5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
