  • 8 oz Corkscrew-shaped pasta Holds dressing well
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style salad dressing Adds tang
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Provides creaminess

  • 2 cups Rotisserie chicken, shredded Offers moisture and flavor
  • 4 slices Crispy cooked bacon, crumbled Adds crunch and saltiness
  • 1 cup Cubed Muenster cheese Melts beautifully
  • 1 cup Chopped celery Provides crunch
  • 1 cup Chopped green bell pepper Adds color and a crisp bite
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved Contributes sweetness
  • 1 medium Avocado, diced Adds creaminess and richness

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the corkscrew-shaped pasta in a large pot of boiling lightly salted water until tender but still firm to the bite.
  • Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process and cool it down.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the Italian-style dressing and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the cooked pasta along with the rotisserie chicken, crumbled bacon, cubed Muenster cheese, chopped celery, chopped green bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced avocado. Mix gently until evenly coated.

Notes

Let the salad sit for a bit after mixing to allow the flavors to meld before serving. Adjust the amount of dressing based on your texture preference for creaminess.
