  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil brings richness
  • to taste Curry leaves adds a unique flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Begin by heating a suitable amount of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced large onions to the skillet and cook until they turn golden brown.
  • Incorporate the ginger garlic paste into the skillet and cook until aromatic.
  • Add chicken pieces to the onion and ginger garlic mixture, stirring to coat.
  • Mix in the spices: red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Pour in a small amount of water and let the chicken simmer until tender.
  • Once cooked, mix in the garam masala powder and curry leaves.
  • Remove from heat when chicken is fully cooked and well-seasoned.

Notes

Pairs well with soft bread, rice, or flatbreads. Store leftovers in the fridge or freeze for later use.
