Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven and prepare your workspace by gathering and measuring out all your ingredients.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken breast, finely chopped garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, smoked paprika, and salt. Ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
  • Add olive oil to the marinade and toss everything together to coat the chicken.
  • In another bowl, combine raw potato cubes with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, and paprika. Stir well to coat the potatoes.

Assembly

  • In a greased baking dish, layer the seasoned potatoes evenly.
  • Top the potatoes with the marinated chicken mixture and spread it out evenly.
  • Pour in the milk, allowing it to seep through to the potatoes.
  • Dollop the cream cheese over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan and shredded cheese over the top.

Cooking

  • Bake in your preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Once out of the oven, let the dish rest for a moment before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
