Base

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce plus more for drizzling
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • sea salt optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, caramel sauce, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip with a spatula until light and fluffy. Avoid overmixing.
  • Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  • Transfer to a shallow serving bowl. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
  • Sprinkle with roasted peanuts and mini chocolate chips. Optionally, finish with a light sprinkle of sea salt.
  • Serve with apple slices, pretzels, graham crackers, or cinnamon pita chips.

Notes

For a nut-free version, substitute the peanuts with crushed toffee, cookie crumbs, or granola. Best served chilled, and pairs beautifully with tart apples like Granny Smith for balance.
