Preparation

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken thighs, skin-side down.
  • Cook until the skin is golden and crispy, then flip the thighs over.
  • Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the chicken and ensure each piece is well coated.
  • Let the chicken cook in the sauce until cooked through and juices run clear, with the sauce reducing slightly.
  • Remove the chicken, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with lime wedges.
