Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup of each type of cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Blend until creamy and uniform.
  • Fold in the shredded cooked chicken until evenly mixed.

Baking

  • Pour the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.

Serving

  • Garnish with green onions and serve warm with chips and vegetables.

Notes

For a smoother texture, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing. Adjust buffalo sauce according to your heat preference. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
