Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and ensure that the chicken is cooked and shredded well.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add the ranch dressing to the chicken mixture and stir well.
  • Pour in the buffalo sauce and mix until the chicken is well-coated.
  • Add the block of cream cheese in smaller pieces and mix until incorporated.
  • Fold in the shredded white cheddar cheese and Gouda until combined.

Cooking

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling and slightly golden on the edges.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

This dip can be made in advance and baked later. For a creamier texture, increase the ranch dressing if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or fresh vegetables.
