Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Oven

Ingredients

Core Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon juiced

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. This helps the seasoning stick and improves browning.
  • Drizzle olive oil over chicken breasts. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub evenly over both sides.
  • Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each chicken breast. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

These chicken breasts are perfect for meal prep, wraps, salads, or paired with your favorite sides. Customize the flavor with different spice blends or citrus varieties. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 4 days.
