Preparation

  • Cook the bacon until crispy. Let it drain on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
  • While bacon cools, dice the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized cubes, chop the romaine lettuce, and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, chopped romaine, and halved cherry tomatoes.

Making the Dressing

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Combining

  • Crumble the crispy bacon into small pieces and add it to the mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss.
