  • Place chicken breasts in a large bowl or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle or skillet to medium-high heat.
  • Place the marinated chicken on the hot griddle, spaced out for even cooking. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden-brown and releases easily.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for another 6-8 minutes until fully cooked with clear juices.
  • Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before serving or slicing.
