  • 1/4 cup ketchup Sweet and savory addition
  • 1 tbsp mustard Sharpness and flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper Enhances overall flavor
  • as needed Slider buns Soft base for the sliders

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Shape the beef mixture into small, uniform patties about half an inch thick.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the beef patties, cooking for 3-4 minutes without moving them.
  • Flip the patties and cook for another 3-4 minutes, adding shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions together until combined.

Assembly

  • Place one beef patty on each bottom slider bun, spread the sauce on top, and cover with the top bun.
  • Transfer assembled sliders to a baking dish and bake for 5-7 minutes until the buns are lightly toasted.
  • Allow sliders to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For best results, use lean ground beef, don’t overmix the beef, and serve hot. You can experiment with different toppings or sauces.
