For Assembly

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps structural base for the wraps
  • optional sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro optional toppings for added flavor and texture

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce until fully coated.
  • In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in the coleslaw mix and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Gently warm the tortillas using a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.

Assembly

  • Lay one tortilla flat and spoon a portion of BBQ chicken into the center. Add coleslaw on top and any optional toppings.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll tightly from the bottom. Cut in half if desired.

Notes
