Preparation

  • Soak the wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and coat the chicken pieces.

Assembly

  • Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers, leaving space between each piece.

Cooking

  • Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
