Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish in a single layer. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Allow the chicken to marinate longer for more flavor. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it's cooked to 165°F for best results.
