  • 3 tbsp butter (melted) Use unsalted butter for better control of seasoning.
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic Fresh is preferred for stronger flavor.
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley (finely chopped) For garnish.
  • 1 tsp paprika Adds color and a slight warmth.
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder Optional seasoning.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • 4 pieces lemon wedges For serving.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Cut down the center of the lobster tails' shell with kitchen scissors, making sure not to cut through the meat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat.
  • Place the lobster tails in a single layer in a baking dish.

Baking

  • Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove the lobster tails and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the baking dish and always let the lobster rest for a few minutes before serving.
