Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the feta cheese.
  • Sprinkle the Mediterranean spice blend, or simply use salt and pepper, generously over the feta.
  • Carefully crack the eggs around the feta in the baking dish.
  • If desired, sprinkle chili flakes over the eggs.

Cooking

  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Once baked to your liking, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality feta cheese for the best flavor. Allow the dish to rest for a few minutes after taking it out of the oven for easier serving.
