Baked Boursin Pasta

This creamy Baked Boursin Pasta is a quick and low-effort meal that tastes restaurant-worthy. Just toss your pasta with cherry tomatoes and Boursin cheese, bake, and stir. Dinner = done.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz short pasta such as rigatoni, penne, or elbow
  • 1 round Boursin cheese garlic & fine herbs flavor preferred
  • 1 can cherry tomatoes with juices (14–15 oz)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil plus more to drizzle if desired
  • 1 clove garlic minced (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
  • fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil pasta until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Place the cooked pasta in a baking dish. Pour over the can of cherry tomatoes (with juice) and stir lightly.
  • Place the round of Boursin cheese in the center. Drizzle with olive oil and add garlic and black pepper.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and everything is bubbly.
  • Stir everything together until creamy and fully combined. Garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

To thin the sauce, add a splash of reserved pasta water before serving. Leftovers keep in the fridge for 2 days. Reheat with a splash of water or milk. Not freezer-friendly.
