Preparation

  • Slice the bacon into small pieces using kitchen scissors or a knife.

  • In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.

  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, cooking until the cabbage is tender yet retains some crunch.
  • Return the cooked bacon to the skillet and gently toss everything together.
