  • Begin by preparing your ingredients. Mince the garlic and ginger, ensuring they’re finely chopped.
  • Set aside the chicken breasts, ready for cooking.

Cooking

  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and add a bit of cooking oil until shimmering.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the hot skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side until golden-brown.
  • Flip the chicken breasts over and add the minced garlic and ginger. Cook for another 6-7 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is nearly cooked through, pour in the mango juice, soy sauce, and honey, stirring gently.
  • Let the chicken cook for an additional few minutes in the sauce until it thickens.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
