- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise (light mayo optional)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Place chicken breasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet and pat them dry.
- Spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle seasoned breadcrumbs over each piece and gently press them in.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp). Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Patting the chicken dry helps the coating stick better. Don’t overbake—start checking at 20 minutes to avoid drying it out.
