Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix Hellmann’s mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Place chicken breasts on a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet.
  4. Spread mayo-Parmesan mixture on top of each chicken breast.
  5. Sprinkle Italian-style breadcrumbs evenly over the top and gently press them in.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F and topping is golden brown.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

To make it low-carb, substitute breadcrumbs with crushed pork rinds or almond flour. For added brightness, mix lemon zest into the mayo or finish with a squeeze of lemon.
