- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, mix Hellmann’s mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place chicken breasts on a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet.
- Spread mayo-Parmesan mixture on top of each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle Italian-style breadcrumbs evenly over the top and gently press them in.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F and topping is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
To make it low-carb, substitute breadcrumbs with crushed pork rinds or almond flour. For added brightness, mix lemon zest into the mayo or finish with a squeeze of lemon.
