- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
- ¼ cup light cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup hot wing sauce or buffalo sauce
- ⅓ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch or blue cheese seasoning
- Optional: chopped green onions, light blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, hot sauce, and seasoning. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and mozzarella until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a small oven-safe dish (8×8 or pie plate). Smooth the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Top with green onions or blue cheese crumbles. Serve warm with veggies, crackers, or chips.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt for best results. Don’t overbake—watch for bubbling edges. Easily doubled for a crowd or adapted for dairy-free or keto needs.
