A crispy, protein-packed pizza crust made from ground chicken, perfect for low-carb nights and kid-approved dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast
  • 1 large egg
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Press the mixture into a ¼ inch thick circle or rectangle on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20–22 minutes until firm, golden, and edges start to brown.
  5. Remove from oven, spread sauce, add toppings and cheese.
  6. Bake again for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use parchment paper to prevent sticking. Keep crust about ¼ inch thick to avoid sogginess or fragility. Avoid overloading with sauce.
