- 1 lb ground chicken (or finely shredded cooked chicken)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- Optional: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- ½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce or crushed tomatoes
- ½–1 cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
- Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, spinach, olives, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a pizza stone.
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, cheese, and seasonings. Mix until fully blended.
- Spread the chicken mixture into a flat circle or rectangle on the lined pan, about ¼ inch thick.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the edges are golden and crust is firm.
- Remove from oven, spread sauce, sprinkle cheese, and add toppings.
- Bake again for 7–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 2–3 minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
Drain or pat dry the ground chicken to avoid excess moisture. Use parchment paper for best results. Bake crust first before adding toppings.
