Ingredients
Scale
- 6 small tortillas (flour or corn)
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
- ½ cup creamy Caesar dressing
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Optional: sliced cherry tomatoes, crushed croutons, chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and coat with butter or olive oil.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, add 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture, and spread gently.
- Use a spatula to press the filling into a wide, thin layer.
- Sprinkle shredded Parmesan over the filling and cover the skillet for 1–2 minutes.
- Once the bottom is golden and crispy, transfer to a plate. Flip if you want both sides crisp.
- Top with romaine lettuce and any optional extras. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use just enough dressing to coat the chicken — too much can make the tacos soggy. Let chicken come to room temp for best results. Don’t skip the pressing step — it’s what gives the taco that crispy, golden crust.
