- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (16 oz) bag halal turkey bacon, chopped and cooked
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, cooked turkey bacon, and 1½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Grease a 9×13” baking dish and spread the mixture evenly.
- Top with frozen tater tots in a single, even layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese over the tots.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly, then garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
Use frozen tots straight from the freezer for best crispiness. Plain Greek yogurt can substitute sour cream, and veggies like peas or broccoli can be added.
