Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast – cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 egg, beaten
- ⅓ cup cornstarch
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray or 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon rice vinegar or lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F. Line a baking sheet or grease air fryer basket.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dip in beaten egg, then dredge in cornstarch to coat.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer, spray lightly with oil, and bake or air fry for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a small bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and vinegar.
- Toss cooked chicken with sauce or serve sauce on the side. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Skip the sriracha for a milder version. Use light mayo instead of Greek yogurt if preferred. Be sure not to overcrowd the pan for max crispiness.
