- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: chili flakes, dried herbs, or lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a bowl, toss chicken with oil and seasonings.
- Spread cubes in a single layer — not touching.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Check that internal temp hits 165°F.
- Let rest 2–3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Pat chicken dry before seasoning for better browning. Use a wire rack for extra crisp. Don’t overcrowd the pan.
